For renovation projects, we are keen to ensure we can deliver qualitative projects with unique site-specific solutions. Therefore, we typically charge between 10.50 % and 14.50 % of the total construction cost, depending on the size of your mansion.

For new constructions, we hope to deliver a home suited to your specific needs. We typically charge between 8.00% and 12.00% of the total construction cost, depending on your dreams & goals.

In every large project ^{(development, multi-residential, public buildings, offices ... )} we care to achieve high-standard architectural quality, built with durable and lasting materials. Side note for our architecture: there are cheaper options to pursue. We're more than happy to make a list. However, that extra percentage on the total building cost ensures us to be competitive at the highest standards and ultimately will return your investment with better and more thought-through solutions and higher livings standards.
